My favorite thing about this wedding was the raw emotion that was present… and how giggly and easy the couple was together… The weather was a weird combo that day, but we DID get a little bit of sunset to play with so we were absolutely thrilled to get to sneak out for those!

I look back and see myself figuring things out, but the beauty of that discovery is precious. The friendships I made that I still have… the music I discovered that I still like… the places I worked that gave me confidence(and 15 extra lbs—Potbelly cookies— I blame you!) Senior year is that year where you’ve finally figured yourself out, right before you go start over into the next chapter.

It was magic for this old Chicago-urban-loving girl :) As much as I love natural beauty, I thrive on the history, character and color in urban backdrops. YOU KNOW. Colorful is kinda my thang ;)
